yesterdae went shopping at orchard to buy g's present.. heehee.. went out with amber and sy.. den finally brought the presents and ate at long john.. den went sch for training as usual.. training was quite tough.. hehe.. got rotational sparring somemore.. heehee.. quite fun lah.. learn from the seniors.. haiz.. but no stamina liao.. cannot tahan sia.. so tired liao.. cannot realli spar.. hehe.. must work on tat.. den went home.. now muscle ache liao.. cos long time nvr train mahz.. hehe.. nutting much.. back to my slacking time.. hehe
